What you'll do

• Maintain resident-care employee and department manager contact listings
• track tardiness and absences and report patterns to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate modified-duty scheduling with HR and the Director of Nursing
• complete nursing employee records
• assist employees with scheduling forms
• prepare monthly nursing schedules and work sheets
• coordinate schedule variances
• assist with required reports and filings.
