The Technician II, Operations and Maintenance, Shift C Nights role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, supporting the BEUMER Individual Carrier System at Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Pay is $34.11 per hour. BEUMER Group develops and manufactures intralogistics systems for global markets. The technician maintains the airport baggage handling system through preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical work. The role helps sustain system reliability and throughput by diagnosing faults, responding to interruptions, documenting maintenance, and supporting upgrades.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and advanced maintenance on ICS components and interfacing equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults
• respond to carrier jams, sensor faults, and control logic errors
• conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
• interface with SAC and PLC systems
• inspect system health and recommend optimizations
• maintain maintenance and parts logs
• follow safety and quality standards including lockout/tagout and PPE
• communicate system status and support upgrades and continuous improvement.
