The Vice President, Strategy & Transformation role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is not specified. SF Fire Credit Union is establishing a Strategy & Transformation function to advance growth, member experience, digital enablement, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. The role translates the credit union’s strategic agenda into coordinated execution by aligning initiatives, investments, and resources with enterprise priorities. It leads a small internal consulting team and supports leaders with planning, transformation, performance measurement, governance, and cross-functional problem solving.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Executive Management Team to refine and operationalize the strategic plan. Translate objectives into initiatives, milestones, and outcomes
• maintain strategic roadmaps
• and connect goals with investments, resources, and performance metrics. Lead enterprise transformation and initiative delivery, remove execution barriers, and track outcomes. Lead the Strategy & Transformation team’s internal consulting work, including business cases, cost-benefit analysis, process improvement, organizational design, and program management. Develop scorecards, dashboards, governance structures, executive reporting, and board-level presentations.
