What you'll do

• Provide personal care and escort assistance, including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and ambulation
• report changes in participant condition and safety concerns
• follow safe practices and universal precautions
• participate in social and recreational activities
• assist with mobility interventions as directed by rehabilitation staff
• occasionally accompany participants to clinical appointments
• assist with food service and mealtime monitoring.
