This position supports Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization, by advancing enterprise-wide compliance, privacy, ethics, and legal operations. This role exists to partner with the Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer and General Counsel to ensure the organization operates with integrity. The specialist will support regulatory compliance, manage legal documentation, and foster an ethical culture across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Support enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs.
- Monitor healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CMS, and OSHA.
- Coordinate compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Assist with investigations and regulatory inquiries.
- Prepare legal documentation and regulatory filings.
