What you'll do

• Respond to residents and applicants
• maintain tenant files and regulatory documentation
• coordinate applications, interviews, eligibility documents, subsidy applications, and move-ins
• manage lease renewals and recertifications
• calculate income for rent and subsidy eligibility
• track occupancy and compliance
• review arrears and coordinate interventions with program staff and property management.
