What you'll do

• Manage daily caregiver scheduling across assigned client cases
• coordinate assignments based on continuity, preferences, compatibility, and efficiency
• use WellSky Personal Care to manage schedules and availability
• fill open shifts
• anticipate staffing challenges
• maintain accurate documentation
• communicate schedule changes
• resolve conflicts and call-offs
• collaborate with scheduling, client care, recruitment, compliance, and operations teams.
