What you'll do

• Lead denials management and appeals operations
• oversee identification, categorization, and resolution of claim denials
• evaluate AI-generated appeal letters, root-cause analyses, and prevention recommendations
• analyze trends by payer, denial code, and category
• develop clinical and technical appeal strategies
• coordinate with clinical, coding, billing, and compliance teams
• monitor denial and recovery KPIs
• ensure compliance with payer requirements, CMS regulations, and filing deadlines
• annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback for training datasets.
