What you'll do

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
• contribute to workforce planning and recurring-role pipelines when requested
• manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
• define requirements and interview plans
• source, screen, and assess candidates
• coordinate interviews and reference checks
• prepare and extend offers within approved guidelines
• coordinate with external agencies when engaged
• support employer branding and candidate experience
• maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
• follow employment laws and company procedures
• guide hiring managers on fair selection
• support onboarding handoffs
• mentor coordinators or junior recruiters as needed.
