What you'll do

• Manage the promotional calendar across email, SMS, app, and push
• recommend offers and tests
• support rewards-program launch and performance tracking
• build audience segments
• maintain triggers and frequency caps
• build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns
• report performance and recommend optimizations
• support third-party delivery merchandising and offer strategy
• coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
