IT Service Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Review change records for policy compliance
• support release planning and coordinate go-live activities
• communicate release status
• oversee production deployments
• support release calls and status updates
• maintain release metrics and audit documentation
• monitor and resolve incidents
• oversee batch jobs and troubleshoot failures
• update clients and executives during incidents
• support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• maintain incident records and escalation procedures
• and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
