What you'll do

• Support daily branch operations
• complete routes for absent employees
• assist with sorting freight and loading trucks
• update department reports
• monitor safety, DOT, and company-policy compliance
• monitor freight flow and route performance
• recommend productivity and service improvements
• attend weekly operational meetings
• provide management feedback on performance, attendance, and safety
• assist with staff training and onboarding
• travel may be required.

Why this role
