What you'll do

• Abrasively blast surfaces to remove rust, scale, and existing coatings
• prepare surfaces to project specifications and industry standards
• apply protective marine coatings
• inspect adhesion, coverage, and dry film thickness
• maintain and troubleshoot blasting and painting equipment
• follow safety procedures
• mentor and support junior blasters and painters.
