What you'll do

• Develop and execute tactics to increase multi-unit dwelling customer acquisition
• prepare sales presentations and proposals and negotiate agreements with property owners
• assess and communicate customer needs
• identify current and future market opportunities
• lead contracts from initial conversation through engineering, sale, and account retention
• plan and coordinate community engagement
• meet acquisition targets
• track proposed developments and municipal approvals
• attend industry functions and trade shows
• and liaise with market research firms, housing groups, builders’ associations, and local agencies.
