What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• perform labor, material, and equipment take-offs
• review drawings and specifications and develop requests for information
• create bid tabs and execution plans
• manage proposal schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• evaluate project approaches and value engineering
• maintain client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships
• lead estimate reviews and mentor junior staff
• prioritize bid opportunities and develop subcontractor request packages.
