What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Generac industrial and commercial sales strategy
• lead, mentor, and coordinate sales representatives, sales engineers, and project coordinators
• build relationships with electrical contractors, engineering firms, and distributors
• support negotiations and project closings
• oversee pricing, contracts, and proposals
• forecast with the CEO and pursue revenue goals.
