What you'll do

• Welcome, register, and check out guests
• manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and special requests
• answer calls and provide hotel information
• process charges and payments and reconcile transactions
• promote hotel services and future reservations
• resolve and document guest concerns
• communicate requests and maintenance needs across shifts
• maintain front-desk and lobby areas
• follow privacy, safety, security, cash-handling, and emergency procedures
• assist other departments when needed.
