Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $25–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants
• conduct property tours and explain apartment features and amenities
• provide local-area information
• prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and complete documentation
• report maintenance needs and coordinate repairs
• maintain unit listings and create vacancy advertisements
• participate in team meetings and training.
