What you'll do

• Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces
• sand, mask, prime, and seal
• mix and match paint
• apply basecoat, clearcoat, and other refinishing materials
• blend adjoining panels
• repair minor cosmetic damage
• inspect finishes and correct minor imperfections
• maintain painting equipment, spray guns, paint booth, and work area
• coordinate with the Recon Manager and team
• complete work within established timelines
• follow safety and material-handling procedures.
