Caregiver – 1st Shift

The Caregiver – 1st Shift role is onsite in Cary, NC, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. HeartFields at Cary is a TerraBella Senior Living community offering assisted living, memory care, independent living, and respite options. The caregiver provides hands-on and emotional support that helps residents maintain independence, dignity, safety, and comfort while participating in daily living and life-enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas
• help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and eating as instructed
• promote resident independence, dignity, and safety
• engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
