Working with the maintenance team, the role conducts inspections, assists with routine repairs and troubleshooting, maintains records and supplies, responds to requests as directed, and helps keep tools and work areas clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance needs to the maintenance supervisor
• assist with routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, machinery, and equipment
• help troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues
• maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and supplies
• follow safety standards and protocols
• keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as directed by the supervisor.

Why this role
