What you'll do

• Manage schedules for several remodeling projects

• check in with foremen
• coordinate subcontractors and crews
• visit nearby job sites to monitor progress and resolve problems
• manage change orders and material readiness
• report updates to operations
• walk each job at approximately 95% completion to check quality and budget.
