What you'll do

• Prepare molds and materials
• load materials according to work instructions
• operate rotational molding equipment after training
• remove, trim, clean, and finish molded products
• inspect parts for quality and defects
• use hand and power tools
• read work orders
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• work with the team toward daily production goals
• identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
