What you'll do

• Source, recruit, and place restaurant leadership talent
• manage sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, negotiation, and closing
• build pipelines through networking, referrals, and sourcing
• interview clients and hiring managers to establish recruiting needs
• advise restaurant clients on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy
• develop new business in the Western Pennsylvania territory
• market the recruiter and Gecko Hospitality through networking, social media, industry events, and community involvement.
