What you'll do

• Greet visitors and answer or refer inquiries

• sort and route resident mail and packages

• enter and scan resident information as directed
• process copy, fax, and scanning requests
• schedule salon appointments
• accept resident-fund and guest-meal payments
• maintain the reception area.
