The Certified Caregiver role is onsite in Sun City, AZ. Compensation starts at $17.86 per hour; a $2.00 shift differential applies to hours worked between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. Royal Oaks’ Assisted Living team supports residents’ personal and directed care needs. The caregiver helps residents maintain their physical, mental, and social well-being by providing individualized non-medical care under the Assisted Living Manager’s supervision. The role includes responding to resident needs, documenting care, and promptly reporting changes or concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized personal care and assistance with daily needs
• assist with medications when authorized and competent
• respond to resident calls
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• document care and concerns
• assist with transfers, appointments, activities, light housekeeping, and laundry
• maintain confidentiality.
