What you'll do

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• manage daily configuration and operations
• assist users
• monitor and resolve issues across client/server, storage, network, and mobile systems
• provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 diagnosis and resolution
• optimize operations and resource use
• configure and maintain Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems
• maintain virtual and storage environments
• administer databases, user accounts, security, recovery, performance, and data organization
• support Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase.
