The Route Coverage Specialist is an onsite role based in Puyallup, WA. Compensation ranges from $29.77 to $41.35 per hour, supporting the service and management teams at UniFirst, an international leader in the garment services industry. This role exists to provide seamless service by covering delivery routes when regular Route Service Representatives are unavailable. The specialist will learn multiple routes, manage customer interactions, and ensure operational excellence through accurate invoicing and inventory audits.

What you'll do

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes, deliver garments and products to customers, provide excellent customer service, resolve customer requests independently, manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, maintain vehicle safety, and collaborate with service and management teams.
