International Tax Accountant

The International Tax Accountant role is onsite in Englewood, CO. The stated base salary range is $67,000–$84,000 per year. The role primarily supports Hughes Network Systems and also supports the larger EchoStar and Dish teams with international reach; the finance organization supports business lines through accounting, audit, and supply chain work. The accountant prepares international and local foreign tax returns, supports Pillar 2 compliance and quarterly reporting, conducts tax research, reconciles records, and assembles audit-ready work papers. The work helps mitigate tax risk and meet regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare U.S. international, local foreign, and Pillar 2 tax returns across foreign jurisdictions
• support quarterly reporting and 10-K/10-Q filings
• research tax issues and deductions
• reconcile financial records and prepare audit-ready work papers
• use AI tools to streamline data collection and tax workflows.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 0–4 years of tax preparation experience; tax software experience with CorpTax, OneSource, or GoSystem; Microsoft Office and statutory tax research database experience. Progress toward CPA certification is an additional qualification. Visa sponsorship is not available.
