What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting for platform, data, and user issues
• support data pipelines, analytic workflows, and integrations
• coordinate with data owners, engineers, analysts, and administrators
• document procedures and recurring issues
• create help desk repositories and standard operating procedures
• support account access and security compliance
• assist with data connection prioritization and restoration
• support continuous improvement.
