Work spans certified payroll compliance, accounts payable and receivable, project costing, reconciliations, month-end support, reporting, and audit preparation.

What you'll do

• Collect, review, and reconcile timecards
• track PTO, overtime, and benefit deductions
• submit approved hours
• prepare and submit certified payroll reports
• monitor prevailing-wage compliance and subcontractor documentation
• process vendor invoices, payments, customer invoices, collections, cash receipts, and deposits
• allocate project costs and track budgets
• manage lien waivers
• liaise with the outsourced accounting firm
• support month-end close, CFO reporting, financial analysis, and annual audits.
