What you'll do

• Lead and manage DO-254 certification for airborne electronic hardware from planning through approval
• develop, review, and approve certification plans, hardware development plans, verification and validation plans, and lifecycle data
• ensure compliance across requirements capture, design, implementation, verification, and configuration management
• conduct design reviews, audits, and assessments
• interface with customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies
• guide engineering teams
• improve internal processes
• prepare and present certification artifacts and reports.
