Inside Sales Executive — 6-Month Temporary Opportunity

The Inside Sales Executive role is hybrid, with the successful candidate expected to live within commuting distance of the Philadelphia, PA office and attend three days per week. Compensation is approximately $35.71 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus bonus. The role develops new business in the community college market by prospecting, presenting products, and building relationships with institutional decision-makers. It supports sales targets and customer needs through pipeline management, service throughout the sales cycle, and performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the community college market
• conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and virtual presentations
• maintain a sales pipeline
• present product features and value propositions
• build relationships with faculty, librarians, department heads, and administrators
• understand customer needs
• provide customer service through the sales cycle
• maintain CRM records
• prepare sales reports and forecasts
• participate in sales meetings and training.
