Project Engineer

Job overview

The Project Engineer role is based in Brook Park, OH, with daily work at the office and/or project sites and up to 10% travel. Pay is $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus annual bonus. The role supports commercial, higher education, K–12, healthcare, nonprofit, and civic construction projects across Northeast Ohio.

What you'll do

• Maintain submittal, RFI, and plan revision logs
• prepare quantity take-offs
• review drawings and specifications
• coordinate material deliveries and assist with schedule updates
• track job costs and process subcontractor pay applications
• document jobsites, assist with permits, prepare meeting minutes, support safety programs, and compile closeout documentation.
