What you'll do

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
• Plan and facilitate arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and hands-on educational experiences.
• Provide attentive supervision during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, snacks, and transitions.
• Support children with potty training and other age-appropriate personal-care routines.
• Encourage language development, independence, positive peer interactions, and emotional growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leaders to provide a consistent and positive student experience.
• Communicate professionally with families regarding classroom activities and student development.
• Follow all school policies and applicable licensing requirements related to health, safety, and student supervision.
