What you'll do

• Perform phlebotomy
• manage medical supplies and lab cleanliness
• assist with patient flow, appointment schedules, and new-patient paperwork
• prepare and sanitize exam rooms
• room patients and record vital signs, weights, and medication reviews
• process directed medication refills
• update medical records
• assist with office procedures
• call patients with results under provider direction
• obtain procedure consents
• triage calls and concerns
• follow HIPAA, OSHA, and biomedical-waste requirements.
