The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position based in Decatur, GA. This role exists to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The RBT will implement individualized behavior plans to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
