What you'll do

• Lead daily operations at two apartment communities
• partner with leasing and maintenance teams
• oversee marketing, leasing performance, resident retention, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting
• lead the lease-up of a new furnished micro-apartment community
• coordinate work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance
• coach the onsite team
• build resident relationships
• and ensure compliance, safety, and asset preservation.
