The Manufacturing Technician II – Cell Culture role is onsite in North Chicago, IL. Pay is $32.00–$34.00 per hour to start. The position supports a prominent client’s manufacturing operations through human fibroblast cell culture work in a cleanroom environment. The technician maintains cell cultures according to production schedules, established procedures, and cGMP standards, while assisting with solution preparation, sampling, cell expansion, and related production tasks. Accurate documentation, equipment and environment upkeep, and safety practices contribute to compliant manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain human fibroblast cell cultures in a cleanroom according to manufacturing schedules, established procedures, and cGMP standards
• assist with solution preparation, by-product sampling, cell expansion, roller bottle assembly, autoclavable material cleaning, and production-area housekeeping
• complete cGMP/GDP documentation
• maintain cell culture equipment and environments
• follow safety procedures
• and support manufacturing operations.

Why this role
