Advanced Quality Assurance Analyst

The Advanced Quality Assurance Analyst role is fully onsite five days per week in Columbia, SC. Compensation is not specified. The role supports software quality assurance and testing activities. The position exists to verify software reliability and stability and ensure projects follow testing governance and best practices. It contributes by translating requirements into test coverage, identifying defects and risks, and working with development teams and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

What you'll do

• Develop test plans, QA and UAT processes, test cases, and scenarios
• design and support user-interface and regression testing
• perform smoke, system integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, and usability testing
• design and develop automated test scripts
• identify defects, gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities
• track defects and improvements
• review vendor testing plans and results
• prepare test plans, scripts, scenarios, and reports
• track progress and communicate exceptions
• collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and management.
