Senior Mechanical Superintendent – HVAC and Piping

The Senior Mechanical Superintendent role is onsite in Melbourne, FL, with the candidate expected to be within daily commuting distance of the Space Coast project area. Compensation is $100,000–$160,000 per year. The current project is a semiconductor manufacturing facility for an aerospace client. The superintendent oversees subcontractor mechanical installations and coordinates work with other trades to support safe, quality project delivery. The role contributes through daily field oversight, quality assurance, schedule coordination, and preparation and review of installation and commissioning reports.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate subcontractor HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installations
• provide daily oversight and quality assurance of installations
• coordinate schedules, safety, and integration with other trades according to plans and specifications
• prepare and review installation schedules and reports, including equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.

Why this role
