What you'll do

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the leadership team
• prepare ingredients and follow recipes and procedures
• maintain food quality and consistency
• follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• restock and organize stations
• manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• develop team members into future supervisors
• complete additional assigned duties.
