The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Superintendent – Mission Critical position is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Alston Construction’s delivery of complex facilities and their mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The superintendent leads field execution, with an emphasis on electrical infrastructure, commissioning, and energy safety, to help deliver a fully functional and operational facility on schedule. The role coordinates trade contractors, commissioning agents, engineers, and client representatives from site development through commissioning.

What you'll do

• Oversee field operations and electrical installations, including medium- and low-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS, and grounding
• lead commissioning integration and testing across MEP systems
• serve as Energy Marshal overseeing LOTO plans, energization events, and NFPA 70E compliance
• coordinate trade partners, inspections, quality reviews, schedules, and turnover documentation.
