Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Conduct building walk-throughs and report maintenance needs
• service HVAC and other equipment
• perform routine and emergency electrical and plumbing work within applicable limits
• complete repairs and work orders
• maintain vehicle records and routine maintenance
• support grounds and custodial tasks
• manage trash and recycling
• move and assemble furniture and equipment
• secure buildings and gates
• run errands and deliveries in organization-owned vehicles.
