What you'll do

• Manage commercial alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures
• advise executives on commercial strategy and products
• lead deal structuring
• draft and negotiate transportation equipment services agreements and sales-support contracts
• maintain commercial contract offerings and forms
• support RFP responses
• advise on contract issues
• assist with pilot programs and energy optimization projects
• supervise legal professionals
• and may support financing, M&A, training, and scalable contracting tools.
