The Senior Living Concierge, Rotating Weekends, 1st Shift role is onsite in Austin, TX, and pays $16–$16.50 per hour. The schedule is 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and additional days and shifts available; PRN hours are also available. The Conservatory at North Austin is a Discovery Senior Living community focused on resident services and daily operations. The concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, managing communications and supporting resident services. The role helps maintain an organized front desk and assists residents with activities, appointments, deliveries, and emergency calls.

What you'll do

• Answer phones and perform reception duties
• take and relay messages
• greet residents and visitors and provide directions
• prepare meal tickets and take room-service orders
• assist with activity and event sign-ups
• update resident contact information
• manage transportation appointment reminders
• organize packages and deliveries
• respond to resident emergency pendant calls by initiating 911/EMS
• support department directors.
