What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and maintain transaction documentation
• apply use-tax requirements to multistate purchases and manage self-assessment and remittance
• maintain vendor exemption certificates
• resolve payment inquiries and supplier discrepancies
• respond to urgent credit holds and escalate vendor risks
• prepare accounts-payable reports and aging analyses
• assist with vendor onboarding, audits, month-end close, and general-ledger reconciliation
• contribute to process improvements and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Minimal periodic travel may be required.
