Call Center Support Specialist

The Call Center Support Specialist role is a full-time, onsite position in Schaumburg, IL, with a stated base pay rate of $25.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond to client employee inquiries about Spending Accounts, COBRA services and coverage, and system access or navigation
• prioritize, document, troubleshoot, and resolve requests
• coordinate with other departments on needs and status
• maintain inbound call availability
• de-escalate challenging cases
• follow through to reduce aging cases
• support HSA account identity verification.
