What you'll do

• Oversee merchandise acquisition, appraisal, inventory, pricing, and presentation
• manage store operations, schedules, opening and closing, and operational standards
• monitor sales, margins, inventory turnover, and other KPIs
• recruit, train, and manage staff
• handle customer complaints and escalations
• and maintain theft prevention, cash controls, safety, and policy compliance. Japanese language ability is preferred but not required.
