• Support leasing efficiency and positive prospect and resident experiences
• assist with sales and marketing strategies
• ensure tour paths, common areas, models, and available units are ready for showings
• resolve complex resident concerns
• support resident engagement campaigns
• oversee leasing and resident relations compliance
• maintain property management databases and reporting
• supervise, coach, and train team members
• act as Leasing and Resident Manager in the manager’s absence.
